Programs
Transitional Youth Group Ages 14-24
The Transitional Youth Group empowers young adults with disabilities to connect, grow, and thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment. Participants have opportunities to build meaningful friendships, enjoy recreational and community activities, learn about and advocate for their rights, and develop valuable independent living skills.
Through peer support, workshops, and shared experiences, youth can:
- Build self-confidence and leadership skills
- Develop greater independence
- Learn self-advocacy and understand their rights
- Explore new interests and opportunities
- Connect with peers and build lasting friendships
- Support one another in achieving personal and life goals
Take charge of your future and create the life you envision. Dream big, believe in yourself, and reach your full potential.
