As California continues to experience climate change which has produced a record number of wildfires and unintentional emergencies, the Disability Disaster Access and Resources (DDAR) is committed to the safety of people with disability and the aging population who rely on power for essential necessities.

Disabled Resources Center, Inc. will provide an educational presentation that will help guide the consumer through Disaster Preparedness and we can help you create a personal emergency plan. If you would help in creating your plan.

To apply for an off-grid battery for your medical device needs, please complete the DDAR Application. Your application will be sent to the CFILC Disability Disaster Access & Resources program (in partnership with DRC) where it’ll be processed to determine your qualifications for eligibility of resources.
