 The Disabled Resources Center (DRC) empowers people with disabilities to live independently by providing peer support, skills training, advocacy, and resources that promote self-determination, community inclusion, and equal access to opportunities. Our service area includes Artesia, Avalon, Cypress, Hawaiian Gardens, Lakewood, La Palma, Long Beach, Seal Beach and Signal Hill.
