Make Disabled Resources Center, Inc. (DRC) your resource for information about finding and enrolling in health insurance, through the Covered California program. Since the start of Covered California in 2013, DRC has been certified as an Enrollment Entity, available to help with the process of finding out about, and applying for health insurance coverage through the Covered California Marketplace.

DRC staff members are trained as Covered California Certified Enrollment Counselors to provide in-person assistance to consumers in the individual marketplace. DRC’s Staff provide dedicated enrollment assistance and post-enrollment support. Our Certified Enrollment Staff are available at the Center to give you information about new health insurance choices and help you apply. Help is available in several languages, free of charge, and available to all persons seeking health insurance coverage.
