ANNUAL AWARDS DINNER NOMINATION FORM

 

Disabled Resources Center, Inc. (DRC) hosts an Annual Awards Dinner, where we come together in celebration of another successful year to honor individuals who stand out for the commitment in serving the needs of people with disabilities.

Jerry Stein Independent Living Award: Honors a person who has demonstrated extraordinary achievement in his/her professional career or volunteerism. This award also promotes awareness of the achievements of people with disabilities.

Civic Leadership Award: Honors a person who tirelessly helps people with disabilities achieve a higher level of independence through his/her efforts in advocating system changes of empowerment for people with disabilities.

Community Service Award: Honors a person committing time and resources toward empowering people with disabilities in our communities.

Outstanding Military Veteran Scholarship: Awarded to a military veteran who is either currently enrolled in or is planning on enrolling in a program of post-secondary education.
